uneven experience, some drawbacks observed
inadequate gymlimited package
the gym was not adequately maintained. during my visits over several days, there was no water available. this is a basic amenity i expect to be consistently provided. also, while the employees were generally nice, the all-inclusive package had limitations. on my departure day, lunch was not included because the speedboat was scheduled for the afternoon, even though my flight was later. this was like a poor value for money.

The location was good. It was close to the airport. the staff were okay.
My room wasn't properly cleaned on the second day, despite several reminders. the water wasn't refilled after the room was cleaned either. i had to ask for water. the body wash and shampoo weren't refilled. They were empty.

the room was beautiful. I really appreciate how clean my beautiful king room island view were everyday. the staffs always checked up on me to ensure i had everything i needed and wanted. staff members are amazing and always helpful.
sometimes, i had difficulty getting a buggy when i needed one. The wait times are a problem.

Wonderful holiday EXPERIENCE
wide selectionoverall staylimited availability
every aspect was GREAT, from the room to the service. staff took care of EVERY detail, especially at the restaurants. i enjoyed the wide selection of foods, and the quality never wavered.
the only issue i had was the limited availability of certain water sports equipment. i wanted to try windsurfing, but the equipment was often booked. this small inconvenience did not detract from the overall stay. still, more equipment would improve availability.

my room included a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom. the room service kept the room clean and tidy DAILY. the amenities in the room were of excellent QUALITY.
